Exercising great care and diligence when carrying out our responsibilities, GranVita approaches property management from two primary and equally important avenues:

  2. GranVita ensures the acquisition of the best-quality tenants through the required completion of a full rental application. Our property manager will carefully review each applicant’s credit, landlord and employment verifications for the last two years, as well as personal references prior to finalizing any lease agreement with a prospective tenant.
  3. Property Maintenance:
  4. GranVita believes that maintaining the structural and aesthetic integrity of your property is of utmost importance. To do so, we inspect our properties under management on a regular basis; identifying areas of concern and scheduling all repairs to be completed in a timely manner through our network of trustworthy contractors.
